Things You Need to Know

We founded Calmish with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.     RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not normally accept returns of our products.

We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness and flavour of the tea are retained for your enjoyment.

However, as a result of any error from our side, if you find that you have been delivered the wrong tea or the packaging was not sealed properly, you can contact us for a return and refund. Although such a situation is highly unlikely, we hope you understand that humans are prone to errors. We will correct any such situation by issuing you a full refund or replacement.

To avoid situations where the flavour of any tea that you have ordered does not suit your taste, we advise that you order and try the sample pack first before ordering. We do not accept returns for items that are not personally liked by you.

Situations for Returns Acceptance

We accept returns and refunds of tea, gifts & Teaware only under the following circumstances:

  • If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Returns must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.

  • If you have received a damaged item, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and your money refunded or the product replaced.

 
 CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
To cancel your order, please email us with your order number at wehear@calmish.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

 

 

We reserve the right to change & amend the above terms and conditions, whenever required, due to changes in our policies and capabilities or to abide by changes in laws and regulations.
